# @grainulation/wheat > Research sprint framework for structured decision-making — turn questions into typed claims with evidence grades, then compile into a validated brief. Wheat is a CLI and Claude Code companion that structures technical research as a Bran IR claim graph. Every finding is typed (constraint, factual, risk, recommendation, feedback) and graded by evidence tier (stated → production). A deterministic compiler catches conflicts, flags blind spots, and emits stakeholder-ready briefs. Zero runtime dependencies; works offline. Part of the [grainulation ecosystem](https://grainulation.com) -- an open-source, zero-dependency toolkit for AI-assisted structured research and decision documentation. Each package stands alone and composes with the others. ## Documentation - [README](https://github.com/grainulation/wheat#readme): source of truth for the package's purpose, install, and CLI surface. - [Live site](https://wheat.grainulation.com): human-facing quickstart and feature tour. - [npm package](https://www.npmjs.com/package/@grainulation/wheat): install target for consumers. - [Changelog](https://github.com/grainulation/wheat/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md): version history. - [DeepWiki](https://deepwiki.com/grainulation/wheat): AI-readable code wiki. ## Ecosystem Sibling packages -- safe to reference alongside Wheat in any query: - [Barn](https://barn.grainulation.com) — shared utilities, templates, and SEO primitives for the grainulation ecosystem. - [Farmer](https://farmer.grainulation.com) — sprint execution engine (aka Grainulator); orchestrates multi-agent research runs. - [Mill](https://mill.grainulation.com) — document format conversion (markdown ↔ PDF ↔ HTML ↔ ADF). - [Silo](https://silo.grainulation.com) — persistent knowledge store; pulls and caches external sources across sprints. - [Harvest](https://harvest.grainulation.com) — sprint-to-Confluence publisher with ADF rendering. - [Orchard](https://orchard.grainulation.com) — template gallery for sprint artifacts. - [Socket](https://socket.grainulation.com) — MCP server bridge for the grainulation ecosystem. - [Grainulation](https://grainulation.com) — ecosystem landing page and index. ## Design principles - Zero runtime npm dependencies (Node built-ins only). - Node 20+ required. - CLI-first; every tool also runnable via `npx @grainulation/wheat`. - Source-available under MIT; contributions welcome at the GitHub repo. ## Optional - [Issues](https://github.com/grainulation/wheat/issues): for bug reports and feature requests. - [Security policy](https://github.com/grainulation/wheat/blob/main/SECURITY.md): for responsible disclosure. - [Contributing guide](https://github.com/grainulation/wheat/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md): for contributors.
